Purdue Industrial Roundtable - Career FairLocation: Memorial Mall, Oval Drive, West Lafayette, Indiana
The Industrial Roundtable is one of the largest student run career fairs in the nation, with over 400 companies and 12,000 students attending annually. This two-day job fair is open to all Purdue undergraduate and graduate students, including IUPUI Science students. This fair is open to students from any major but has a particular focus on engineering, science, technology, and management.

This event takes place September 10th and 11th on the Purdue - West Lafayette campus from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Students are highly encouraged to download the Career Fair Plus app and select "Purdue University" as their "Organization" and choose "Industrial Roundtable" as the event. This app allows you to view registered employers and other fair information.

Students with reliable transportation are encouraged to attend the event in West Lafayette. Review campus parking and instructions prior to arrival.

Dress: Industrial Roundtable is an outdoor fair. Students are encouraged to dress at least business casual and consider weather conditions when choosing a wardrobe.
Resume and Materials: It is expected that job and internship seekers have an updated, professional resume prepared. A padfolio with paper, pen, and printed copies of your resume are highly encouraged. For resume review and assistance, schedule an appointment with PREPs.
Company Research and Selection: Students are highly encouraged to use the Career Fair Plus app to research attending employers and create a targeted list. It is likely that "big name" employers will have long lines and you should plan accordingly. A targeted list can assist you in navigating the fair more strategically. Conduct extra research on companies of interest to assist in discussions with recruiters.
Students are encouraged to attend a "Career Fair Prep" workshop for tips on navigating the fair, speaking with recruiters, and follow-up. Those attending Industrial Roundtable are encouraged to attend the workshop on September 4, 2019 (Details TBD)
