IUPUI Health Professions Fair

Location: Campus Center 4th Floor

The IUPUI Health Professions Fair is an excellent way for students and alumni who are interested in furthering their education in a health-related field to connect with representatives from medical, dental, pharmacy, public health, optometry, physical therapy, physician assistant, occupational therapy, veterinary, allied health sciences, post-bac, and related programs.

IUPUI is Indiana's premier urban research university, home to more than 20,000 undergraduate students across 140+ undergraduate programs. As the only pre-health fair in the Indianapolis area, this event is open to all students and alumni from IUPUI and local institutions, including over 700 IUPUI pre-health students, and is free for students. In 2019, over 300 students attended the IUPUI Health Professions Fair.

Registration Information

Registration Fees:

  • Universities/Non-Profit Organizations- Registration $175
  • Vendors/For-Profit Organizations- $225

Registration fees include a 6-foot table, parking validation, wireless internet, and refreshments for up to two representatives. Registration will remain open until the event is full.

Registration Process:

  • STEP 1: Organizations will complete the registration form. Each registration will be reviewed for approval. Universities will be reviewed for participation in the US Federal Student Loan Program; on-time completion rates; and for medical schools, USMLE/COMLEX pass rates and US residency match statistics. Based on our review, we reserve the right to not approve programs for registration in this year's event.

  • STEP 2: Primary contacts will be notified via email regarding registration approval or denial. Approved organizations will receive instructions for completion their registration payment. Please note that registrations will not be confirmed until the organization's payment has been received.

  • STEP 3: Upon receipt of payment, primary contacts will receive a confirmation, including important day-of details for representatives. Primary contacts are expected to communicate event details to their representatives

The event will take place in the IUPUI Campus Center, 4th Floor, located at 420 University Blvd., Indianapolis, IN, 46202. Recommended parking is in the Vermont Street Parking Garage, located adjacent to the Campus Center. There are multiple options for lodging near IUPUI.

The Health Professions Fair is an opportunity for anyone who attends to meet and talk with admissions representatives from health professions schools within the state and across the country. This event is free and open to all IUPUI students and alumni (and students from local institutions) who are interested in finding out more about the health professions career pathway. No RSVP is needed; come as you can during the day. We encourage business casual attire.
